1. Purpose of the Policy
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure lawful, responsible, and safe use of GHapp.
Because GHapp allows users to generate images and videos using AI, upload input materials, store results in a private gallery, and interact with support systems, this Policy applies to prompts, uploaded materials, generated results, account behavior, support communications, and any attempts to misuse the Service.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to all users, account holders, visitors, and other persons who access or use GHapp.
You are responsible for your own use of the Service and for all activity conducted through your account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use GHapp only for lawful purposes, in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.
Subject to compliance with our rules, the Service may be used for personal or commercial purposes and for uploading your own reference materials or other materials that you have the lawful right to use.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content after creation is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Content
You must not use GHapp to create, upload, request, store, transmit, promote, distribute, or otherwise make available content that:
- is unlawful or facilitates unlawful activity;
- constitutes, depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors;
- contains non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or sexual violence;
- infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, intellectual property, or other personal rights of third parties;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or intended for impersonation, misuse of another person’s identity, or other deceptive conduct;
- is connected with malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized access, credential theft, or other harmful cyber activity;
- is intended to evade sanctions, export controls, trade restrictions, or similar legal restrictions;
- promotes, supports, or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, war crimes, unlawful aggression, or other serious violence;
- promotes or facilitates harassment, threats, doxxing, or unauthorized disclosure of personal data;
- promotes hateful, discriminatory, or abusive conduct in violation of applicable law;
- otherwise violates applicable law, this Policy, the GHapp Terms of Service, or the rights of others.
Even if a specific category of content is not expressly listed above, such content may still be prohibited if it is unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with this Policy or applicable law.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in conduct that constitutes misuse of GHapp, disruption of its operation, exploitation of the Service, or attempts to circumvent the Service or our rules.
- circumventing safety filters, moderation systems, technical protection measures, usage limits, or rate limits;
- scraping, bulk data extraction, automated collection, or other unauthorized automated access;
- reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or attempts to obtain source code, internal logic, model behavior, or system architecture, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, infrastructure, networks, data, or administrative functions;
- using compromised, stolen, fake, or unauthorized accounts or credentials;
- sharing account credentials or otherwise granting unauthorized persons access to your account;
- using the Service for large-scale automation, abusive bot activity, spam operations, or manipulative scaling beyond permitted use;
- interfering with the performance, integrity, security, or availability of GHapp or any underlying provider;
- providing false information in support, compliance procedures, verification, or other mandatory processes;
- using GHapp in a way that creates legal, reputational, operational, or safety risks for us, our users, our providers, or other third parties.
If paid features are enabled in GHapp in the future, this Policy will also apply to abuse related to payments, refunds, chargebacks, circumvention of anti-fraud controls, and other bad-faith payment activity.
6. User Responsibilities
- ensure that your prompts, uploads, instructions, and account activity comply with applicable law and this Policy;
- have all necessary rights to upload, use, or process the reference materials, files, and other input data that you submit through GHapp;
- review generated results before publishing, distributing, licensing, selling, or otherwise using them;
- ensure that your use of outputs does not violate third-party rights;
- keep your account credentials confidential and secure;
- promptly report suspected abuse, unauthorized access, or prohibited use.
The fact that GHapp accepted a prompt or upload or produced an output does not mean that such content or its subsequent use is lawful, acceptable, or permitted.
7. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor prompts, uploaded materials, outputs, account activity, support communications, technical logs, and other relevant records for compliance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, legal obligations, and security requirements.
If we reasonably believe that you violated this Policy, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- rejecting or blocking prompts, uploads, or generations;
- removing, hiding, restricting, or disabling access to content;
- limiting features or placing the account under review;
- suspending or terminating your access to GHapp;
- reporting relevant activity to infrastructure providers, payment providers — if paid features are enabled, law enforcement, regulators, or other competent authorities where appropriate.
We may apply such measures automatically, manually, or using a combination of both, and may do so with or without prior notice where permitted by law.
8. Reporting Prohibited Content or Abuse
If you believe that any content or activity in GHapp violates this Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable law, or the rights of others, you may report it to: support@ghapp.co.
In such a report, please provide, where possible, your contact details, a description of the issue, a link or other identification of the content, and any additional information that may help us review the matter.
9. Changes to the Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective on the date of publication unless stated otherwise. By continuing to use GHapp after the changes become effective, you agree to the updated version.
